I ordered Pretty Hat Anya by the Greeting Farm from Christine and company. Thank goodness she had it in stock because The Greeting Farm was plum out!
This little set is so cute, I couldn't wait to stamp her and paper piece her! I even went a step or two past piecing, I believe you call it paper tole. It was a total pain in the backside, but it is so cute. I love it so much that I made it into my new blog banner.
I'm having some issues deciding how to lay out my blog, I think it's been changed 3 or 4 times already this year.
I used Making Memories paper to piece her, stampin' up card stock, cuttlebug embossing folder and a little stashed ribbon. I used a Fiskars corner punch, one of the first big tools I purchased last year when I started this whole odyssey, on the close to cocoa layer and I love how it gives it a formal sort of appeal. I also cut out the largest nestie circle and scalloped it with my corner rounder. Looks divine, I think. Also, the pearls I used for her necklace are Hero Arts.
I trippple love how she turned out and I can't wait to try her with the different hat do-dads and the other cute accessories.
