Today's card is for my sister-in-law. She and I hadn't really had a chance to spend too much time together since I've been married to her brother. So I was really excited for her to come with her mom for a visit. We had them for a whole week and it was like one big slumber party. She's exactly what a sister-in-law should be (in my head) and I hope she feels the same way about me. In fact, I've been wanting to call her for the past few days and just couldn't find the time. She must've known because she called me this afternoon and we had a gab-fest. She's the sister I never had. I'll send her this card to let her know that.

Just love how you have used little tabs for each letter and curved them round the circle.
LOVE the circle with the pearls accenting and the sentiment on the tabs...genius layout!!!
excellent, love the dictionary meanings
very nice...love the page you used...
WOW! You've taken so many different elements and balanced them all so perfectly! WOW! And I love how you did the sentiment with the thank you definition panel behind, LAYER OF THANKS!!!! Lovely!
This card is so beautiful. Love your style. I know what you mean about your sister-in-law being the sister you never had. I have a sister-in-law that I feel the very same way about. She lives many miles away so I don't get to see her often. She will definitely receive a gratitude card from me.
Love how you have tied together so many elements in your card to go so perfect in the layout. Beautiful.

I struggle with shabby chic but it's obvious you do not. Love the use of the dictionary page.
So pretty! I especially love the pearls and the yellow roses. :)
I think it's great that you and Susan can have such different styles of card today that are each beautiful in their own ways. This is a fabulous, feminine-looking card!

I have several spools of string pearls and always wonder what to do with them. I like how you didn't completely ring your circle.
