I have been fighting blogger for about 18 months now--blogger has been winning, I must say. Then, the other day I'm all "hey, what's this compose tab, is it new?" Blogger ain't winnin' no more! I've been coding this blessed thing in straight HTML all this time! I've probably confused countless innocents while I was at it too! LOL

I don't feel like a dork, I know I am one--else I'd never post my antics for posterity!

This is a card for the Hero Club Blog challenge. I'm loving Hero Arts stamps more and more and I read today that they are coming out with a line of cling foam mounted rubber called, cleverly enough, Clings! I really can't wait for these bad boys, my Crap Studio does have room for wood mounted anything.

So, my card--I used the Elephants clear set as well as the scroll tree. I curved my sentiment and then embossed the whole bit with American Crafts ZING! embossing powder.

ZING! and Clings!

stamps: Hero Arts Elephants, Hero Arts Scroll Tree; stampabilities birthday background
cardstock: PTI kraft, Bazzill Basics pink
patterned paper: Martha Stewart Bright 12x12 pad
embellishments: offray ribbon, hero arts gems from a sparkle clear set
tools: Martha Stewart double scallop punch, Spellbinders Nestabilities, EK Success 1-1/4 in circle punch, Ad-tech glue dot runner

I'm back again...needed to take another look at that card design. Hmm, me thinks a CASE is in order! BTW, is the biggest round layer the blossom die from Spellbinders or something else? I don't recognize it!

oh well I am very very impressed! You need to spin this "doh" moment lady....that you were so fluent in html that to "compose" seemed too simplistic and stifled your ability to format and stuff as your techno-wienie brain needed to. But in the interest of time, and posting effort, you have decided to join the ranks of the every-person and do the bourgeois compose stuff.

oh yes and that card is beautiful! I love the paper and themes you are rockin lately!
