| Spectrum Noir Blendable Colored Pencils: Primaries Set--34, 35, 78, 80 |
The beautiful Vintage Floral Collection from Crafter's Companion has all of the things! There's a CD ROM with digital stamps, digital papers and card toppers (the medallion image on my card is from the CD ROM). There are BEAUTIFUL 6x6 and 8x8 embossing folders. And my favorite part, there are 4 red rubber cling-mounted stamp sets with gorgeous sentiments!
I opened the medallion image in my picture editing software, sized it smaller and repeated it and printed it out onto Crafter's Companion Ultra-Smooth Premium White Cardstock. I colored the image with the new Spectrum Noir Blendable Pencils (four from the Primaries set) and blended with Spectrum Noir Blending Solution and a paper stump. I stamped the sentiment with a light grey ink and die cut it. I added the colored panel to my card, anchored it with some dark grey cardstock and a matching diecut bow and adhered my stamped sentiment.
I love the depth and blending I can achieve with the pencils. What's your favorite coloring medium?
