Crafter's Companion February Challenge: CAS

Spectrum Noir colors used:  PL1, 2; FS3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9; PP4; BP3; BT1, 2, 4, 6; BG1, 3, 4, 6; GB1, 6, 7, 8, 10; blender

It doesn't get much more clean and simple than a one layer card. I stamped the ladies from Frou Frou Two of a Kind stamp set with Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink and colored them in with my Spectrum Noir Next Generation Markers. Then I stamped a fitting sentiment from the Sentimentals Imagine set. I embellished their dresses and accessories with clear glitter and called it done.
