I've got tons of business to take care of this morning here on the bloggity!
1) The winner of my blog candy is AnitaRex! Chosen randomly and scientifically--no small job considering how many comments I've received. Thank you, all of you so much! I'm honored that you read me.
2) I'm heartened to know that my mess isn't extraordinary as well, I had no idea how relieved I would feel.
3)Kraft Week has arrived! Susan Rahaila's blog, Simplicity, is perfection. She and I have teamed up for a week of kraft love, after I double dog dared her to use more kraft. We even have a giveaway, woot. I'll post details below.
Rustic Dude Kraft is the challenge Susan and I set for ourselves for today. Feel free to play along. The only rule (because rules complicate things) is kraft cardstock. Susan and I both distressed just the top edge of our paper, I like coincidences--and you know it took a stiff drink and a blindfold for Susan to distress something. I'm so proud of her!
stamps: PTI vintage picnic sentiments, All Night Media woodgrain background
cardstock: PTI kraft, rustic cream, pure poppy
patterned paper: October Afternoon Report Card
ink: Hero Arts Hero Hues Latte chalk ink, PTI dark chocolate, PTI tea dye duo in chamomile & chai
tools: Nestabilities petite ovals, PTI small scallop border, We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper
accessories: ecru crochet cotton
******GIVEAWAY DETAILS
Susan and I will choose one random commenter for the week to receive our prize. What is the prize? Well, it's a Crop-o-Dile II BIG BITE and a $25 gift certificate to Papertrey Ink! I want to win our prize...Susan? Do I qualify?
To enter, comment on at least one of the Kraft Week posts (one comment per post, of course). Susan will post five times, and so will I. That gives you ten entries for the drawing if you comment on all the Kraft Week posts. The more posts you comment on, the more chances to win!

LOVE IT! Way to get patriotic with mostly Kraft! As I commented on Susan's blog, you two are gonna kill me this week. Such goodness!
hehehehe - you "double dog dared her" ... good for you!!! What fun!! I love this card!! I too giggled at the coincidences, especially when she talked about adding a splash of color like red or blue to her card design .. and then I come over here and see red and blue. I really like the sentiment focal point and the fiber treatment! Can't wait to see what you ladies have cooked up for tomorrow. Oh, and you'll never guess what I have sitting on my desk as we speak ... a few pieces of kraft that I've been playing around with ... might just have to play along with this fun challenge :-)
