For A Special Teacher

I do not enjoy how this card turned out, but I'm posting it anyway. I'm trying to learn how to embrace my imperfections. Life is too short, right?

I do love all of the elements that went into the card, however. Especially that giant red ribbon and those enormous polka dots! They are from a set of foam background stamps by Making Memories that I picked up at Tuesday Morning for $.99 today! And they stamp with the Hero Arts chalk ink like a dream.

stamps: MFT, CC Designs, Making Memories
cardstock: PTI
patterned paper: Cosmo Cricket Early Bird Mini Deck
ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Hero Arts Hero Hues Punch chalk ink, Ranger Distress Ink Antique Linen & the red one (I'm drawing a total blank right now!)
coloring medium: Copic and Prismacolor markers, KIN pencils
accessories: Wright's 1-1/2 in red grosgrain, Corner Chomper, PTI small scallop border die, ad-tech permanent dot adhesive runner, EK Success 1/8 in adhesive foam squares

Love your card!! I don't mind a small imperfection on cards, you could see it as distressed, adds to the handmade feel of a card :)

I was going to say "I love this card, send it to me!!" then realized it was for a teacher. Well, I could attempt to teach you SOMETHING I suppose? :-)
