i spent today colorin' and gluin' paper with cuppy cake, my second favorite card artist. this is a card for her brother in law, his birthday is today and it started out as a joke since it's a girly with wings--turns out he's easily pleased. he stuck it right on his fridge and acted like a total girl about it.
kiki is a digital stamp available from all that scraps and how much do you love her? i can't get over how awesome this turned out for something that began as a bit of a joke!
i used cuppy cake's copics (may have changed my mind about them, AGAIN) and a white inksentials pen from ranger to color her on PTI kraft. i cut her with a circle nestie, using a trick i picked up from one of the ATS design team members, diane zechman. that fun, grungy navy and white dot is from the basic grey junebug 6x6 pad--i may have nicked some of it from jennifer.
we had so much fun, i really would have stayed if i could have! i won't get a chance to see her again before she and her family drive back to california. only 8 more years before she moves to kentucky--i know, i'll not make it that long!
i hope everyone has a safe and happy fourth of july!

Yep, sounds like you two had LOADS of fun! Word of caution: resist the Copics ... resist the Copics ... it is a new money pit. You must be strong! (Ask me how I know.)
That said, I checked out the tutorial on cutting outside the box with Nesties, and DUUUUH, it is so simple once you see how it's done! I am gonna have to add that one to my arsenal! Thanks for the link!
